Thank you for choosing to learn and grow with iMusingz. We are committed to providing high-quality courses and services. Our Refund Policy is designed to be clear and fair to all our students and clients. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing a course or service from iMusingz, you agree to these terms.

1. Online Courses

We offer two types of online courses, each with its own refund policy:

A) Scheduled Live Courses (e.g., “Mapping Your Soul with the Tree of Life Masterclass”)

These are courses that start on a specific date and include live, interactive sessions with Energyia.

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you submit your cancellation request via email at least 10 full days before the official course start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the start date, or after the course has already commenced.
  • Why? Enrollment for live courses is limited, and your purchase reserves a spot that is then unavailable to others. This policy helps us honor the commitment to the group and the instructor.

B) Courses with Immediate Access (Recorded Video Courses)

These are pre-recorded courses where you receive access to all materials immediately after purchase.

  • Due to the digital nature of these courses and the immediate access provided to proprietary materials (video links, downloadable PDFs, etc.), all sales for recorded courses are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete and the course materials have been delivered to you via email.

2. Consultations & Personal Services

A) Live 1-on-1 Consultations (e.g., Video Tarot Reading, Feng Shui Consultation)

These are appointments scheduled for a specific time and date with Energyia.

  • You are eligible for a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend the scheduled session (no-show), are non-refundable.
  • Why? This policy honors the time and energy that Energyia reserves exclusively for you. Late cancellations prevent others from being able to book that time slot.

B) Services with Quick Turnaround (e.g., Email Readings)

These are services where a response or report is delivered to you via email.

  • For services where a response is provided within 24 hours, all sales are final once the order is placed.
  • Why? The work on your query or reading begins immediately after your purchase to ensure a timely response.

How to Request an Eligible Refund

To request a refund for a purchase that meets the eligibility criteria above, please email us at iMusingz@protonmail.com.

Please include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The email address you used to purchase.
  3. Your order number.
  4. The name of the course or service you wish to cancel.

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
